Services Available

We Can Work equips students with the tools they need to succeed beyond the classroom. Our team provides pre-employment training, including resume writing, interview practice, and workplace expectations, along with soft skills like communication and problem-solving. Students gain hands-on experience through paid work placements, supported by one-on-one job coaching at every site. By connecting students with community employers, we help them earn a paycheck, build confidence, and prepare for life after high school.
