Momentum is a vocational program that helps individuals with special needs or mental health challenges achieve competitive, paid employment. In partnership with the California Department of Rehabilitation, we provide personalized support to guide every step of the job search process. Our mission is to empower clients with the skills, confidence, and resources they need to succeed in the workplace.

Momentum Helps

Serves individuals ages 18+ with an identified disability or those receiving DOR services.

Offers free vocational services to eligible DOR participants.

Provides individualized employment plans tailored to each client’s goals.

Focuses on competitive, community-based job placement and retention.

Services Available

Momentum delivers comprehensive vocational services designed to prepare clients for meaningful employment. Our team conducts vocational assessments and develops personalized employment plans to match each individual’s strengths and interests. Services include job readiness training, resume building, and interview preparation, along with job placement assistance and ongoing support to ensure long-term success. We also offer vocational counseling, follow-up services, and work experience opportunities for students and adults. Every service is provided at no cost, making Momentum a vital resource for individuals seeking independence and purpose through work.
