Village Glen School is a college-preparatory program designed for students who learn and connect in unique ways. Serving grades K–12 in Sherman Oaks, we combine rigorous academics with social development and real-world experiences to prepare students for higher education and beyond. Each student is supported to thrive in all facets of their lives.

Village Glen serves as a launchpad for lifelong success. Our students engage in a challenging curriculum that prepares them for college while developing the social and emotional skills needed for life. Every classroom is a space for collaboration, creativity, and confidence, supported by a diverse team of educators and clinicians. From robotics and engineering to art and drama, enrichment opportunities spark curiosity and self-expression. Academics & Curriculum

Village Glen offers a comprehensive academic program aligned with Common Core Standards and enriched by project-based learning. Students can pursue Honors and AP courses, dual enrollment at local colleges, and electives in technology, arts, and design. Instruction emphasizes critical thinking, organization, and real-world problem-solving, supported by research-based strategies and multisensory teaching. STEAM integration brings science, technology, engineering, arts, and math to life through hands-on projects in our Innovation Lab. The goal is to prepare students for higher education and equip them with skills for continued success.

Village Glen students compete in CIF sports like basketball, soccer, and volleyball.

Students participate in Odyssey of the Mind and First Robotics competitions.
