Project Six for Teens*

*Residential Services for Adolescents

Project Six offers a safe, structured residential program for adolescents ages 12–21 who need intensive support for emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. Our relationship-based approach helps teens build coping skills, strengthen communication, and prepare for successful reintegration into home, school, and community life.

Project Six Helps

Predominantly serves adolescents ages 12–17 with autism spectrum disorder, mood and anxiety disorders, and related challenges. The center can also serve non-minor dependents up to 21 in certain circumstances.

24-hour residential care with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Residents attend Help Group’s specialized schools for individualized academics.

Advisors provide one-on-one support and goal-setting for each teen.

Recreational activities include art, music, sports, and community outings.

Family involvement is central, with therapy, education, and progressive visitation plans.

Residential Life

Life at Project Six is designed to be supportive, engaging, and therapeutic. Residents live in a caring environment where positive relationships and individualized attention are central to growth. Each teen is paired with an advisor who provides guidance and encouragement, while recreational activities—such as art, music, sports, and community outings—help foster confidence and social skills. Our campus offers spaces for creativity, fitness, and relaxation, creating a balanced setting for healing and progress.

Services Provided

Project Six delivers comprehensive care through a multidisciplinary team that includes therapists, psychiatrists, teachers, and residential staff. Services include individual, family, and group therapy; psychiatric medication management; social skills training; and academic support through The Help Group’s schools. Teens also participate in specialized groups focused on daily living skills, healthy habits, and vocational exploration. Every treatment plan is personalized to help residents develop the tools they need for long-term success.
