Our Foundations Track is designed for young adults who require a higher level of support. This caring, structured program offers engaging, enriching activities where participants are encouraged, supported, and celebrated. Each individual builds confidence, independence, and connections at their own pace.

Our Explorations Track is for young adults with autism who have mild support needs. Participants explore their community, practice independence, and build real-world skills through fun, engaging activities—gaining confidence, social connections, and a growing sense of independence.
