The Community Employment Program helps young adults with social-emotional or mental health challenges prepare for and succeed in competitive employment. Serving individuals ages 16 and older, we provide personalized training, job placement, and ongoing support to ensure long-term success. Our goal is to ensure everyone has the skills and confidence to thrive in the workplace.

Community Employment Helps

Funded by the Department of Rehabilitation and LA County Department of Mental Health.

Offers individualized job training and placement in integrated work environments.

Provides ongoing counseling and follow-along services to support job retention.

Services Available

The Community Employment Program delivers comprehensive vocational services tailored to each participant’s goals. Our Employment Specialists provide job skills training, resume development, and interview preparation, along with vocational assessments to identify strengths and interests. We assist with job search and placement in socially integrated settings, offer on-the-job training, and provide counseling both on-site and off-site to ensure success. Follow-along services help maintain employment and build confidence, creating a pathway to independence and meaningful work.
