Including Help Group in your estate plans is simple. You can work with your attorney to add the appropriate language to your will or trust.

You may use the following language as a guide:

“I give, devise, and bequeath [the sum of ________ USD OR ________ percent of the rest and residue of my estate] to Help Group (Tax Identification Number 95-2226790), a charitable corporation organized under the laws of the State of California, currently located at 13130 Burbank Blvd., Sherman Oaks, CA 91401, to be used for its general charitable purposes.”
